What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns or Exchanges will be accepted up to 60 days after purchase. Only items that are in the exact same condition in which they were sent will be accepted – no clothing with signs of wear or wash will be accepted. Unless faulty, CDs/DVDs cannot be returned if opened. Unless it was our error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All returns and exchanges must include the following information:

  1. The order number or a copy of the original packing slip that was included with the order
  2. Full name, ship to address and contact information
  3. An explanation for the return or information regarding the exchange

For returns – only the cost of the item will be refunded. Unless it was our error, no S&H will be refunded.

For exchanges – only items that are in stock are eligible for exchanges. You will be contacted if an item you requested is unavailable.

For packages – if an item was purchased as part of a package and you wish to return only part of it, please email before returning the item (kumailorder@cromtidwell.com). Only some packages will qualify for split returns.
